Delivery Coverage
We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka.
Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery fee will be LKR 380
- Free delivery on orders over LKR 5,000
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Courier service delays
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused and unwashed
- Item is in original condition with tags
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is available
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or clearance
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

- Provide order number and issue details
- We will guide you through the exchange process
Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
